New MacBook Pro with Touch Bar

Faster, more powerful yet thinner and more lighter. This is the new MacBook Pro.

Aswell as having the most brightest and most colourful notebook display yet, the new MacBook Pro introduces ' the Touch Bar' — a Multi-Touch enabled strip of glass built into the keyboard for instant access to the tools you want, right when you want them.

A long, skinny OLED touchscreen that sits above the keyboard, where you normally find the  traditional F1-F12 keys, as well as the escape key and power button. There is also a fingerprint reader on the far right end of the bar, similar to the one on the iPhone, which enables Touch ID and Apple Pay for secure system log-ins and online payments.

The bar changes automatically based on what you’re doing to show you relevant tools you already know how to use — system controls like volume and brightness, interactive ways to adjust or browse through content, intelligent typing features like emoji and predictive text, and more. And for the first time, Touch ID is available on a Mac, enabling instant access to logins and fast, secure online purchases with Apple Pay.

The keyboard has a redesigned 2nd Gen butterfly mechanism- refined for more responsiveness and comfort when typing. The Force Touch trackpad is now larger, 2x in fact, to give you more room to click and make gestures.

The speakers have been redesigned and now provides up to twice as much dynamic range as the previous MacBook Pro and up to 58% more volume.

As for ports we now have Thunderbolt 3 combined with USB-C universal ports around the edges. This means data transfer, charging, and video output are all in a single connector, delivering up to 40 Gbps of throughput.

They will come in a 13" and 15" size. Prices start at £1,449 ($1,499 USD) for a MacBook Pro without a touch bar and £1,749 ( $1,799 USD) with the New Touch Bar.

In addition to the Touch Bar, you get a faster processor (a 2.9GHz Intel Core i5, versus a 2.0GHz Core i5), better integrated Intel graphics (Iris 550 versus Iris 540), and it doubles the number of included USB-C Thunderbolt ports to four.

The new range of macbook pros have been announce and they will come shipped with the new intel Core i5 and i7 processors.

The new processors will boost performance up to 50 per cent over the previous generations and the new macbooks will have the NVIDIA GeForce GT 330M discreet graphics card inside.

The Battery life will be around 8-9 hours and the screen will be an LED back-lit glossy display with resolutions up to 1440x900 or 1920x1200 depending on the model.

iPad Launched

 Announced at the start of the year, the iPad has finally launched.

The sleek tablet device ranging from 16Gb to 64Gb has been on sale in the U.S since April 3rd 2010 and allows you to browse the internet, watch movies downloaded or on video streaming sites such as Youtube, be able to choose and use one of the millions of apps from the Apple apps store, download and listen to your favorite songs from iTunes and write text documents.

iPad specific apps are being developed for the device and early indications show that over 300,000 of the devices have been sold already.

However, for some unlucky few there have been complaints of technical glitches with fluctuation when using wifi and the device was not charging properly. Developers are working on updates to fix these problems which should be out in a few days.

The iPad will be on sale in Britain by the end of April with prices range from $499 (around £330) to $829 (around £550) 

Street fighter 4 i Phone/ i Pod app

 No more Street Fighter blisters as now you can screen bash and hadoken your way through the iconic fighters in the new Street Fighter 4 app for iPhone/iPod.

Note: Multiplayer is not supported on iPod Touch 1st generation and iPhone 1st generation.

Final Fantasy XIII Larger Than Life Gallery app

 Makers Square Enix have released an app for the iPhone/ iPod touch turning it into a digital artbook.

The entitled Larger-Than-Life Gallery, contains crystal clear hi-res artwork and give a chance for fans to zoom in and enjoy the detailed artwork. It also features a clock and calender.Priced at £5.49/$8.99 in the app store.
